This kit contains one DVD and two CDs.
Before you begin, watch the DVD for one full week twice daily to familiarize yourself with the exercises. Follow along with the models demonstrating the exercises to get comfortable using proper form, visualization and resistance movements. After one week, you should be ready to listen to the Demonstration CD which is 12 minutes long and provides complete detail. Perform the exercises with the Demonstration CD for one week, twice daily.
